Fully Equipped for Retail Transactions and Other Receipt Signing Applications
The signature capture pad (Serial or USB) comes complete with paper/receipt clip for simultaneous capture of signatures in both electronic and wet (ink-on-paper) formats.
Rugged and versatile, the signature capture pad is compatible with point-of-sale terminals from leading manufacturers.
The Signature Capture Service will store receipts with the signature in the terminal, and transmit them to the processor daily. You will then have access to those signatures online through a web interface. This service improves transaction efficiency eliminating the need to archive thousands of credit card receipts. The chargeback team will also have access to the records, enabling them to handle any chargeback or retrieval without the merchant ever getting involved. This service will result in dramatic time and cost savings in the chargeback/retrieval process. The signature capture service, which includes the free signature capture pad, unlimited signature/receipt storage and online reporting, is $10.00/month + $0.25 per batch (covers all signatures for that day).
